Check your toy at delivery

Please open and check your parcel in front of the delivery person before you pay.

• If the toy is damaged, the wrong item, or has missing parts, you can refuse the parcel right there. We will send the correct item or cancel the order — your choice.
• Once you accept the parcel and pay, we cannot take returns or exchanges.
• If you refuse the parcel for any reason, the delivery charge (৳80 inside Dhaka, ৳120 outside Dhaka) must still be paid to the delivery person.

Because we use Cash on Delivery, you only pay when you are happy with what you see.
